Alexis Creighton, PT, DPT
Athol Clinic
Alexis was raised in Sandpoint, Idaho where she graduated from Sandpoint High School in 2016. After high school she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Health at the University of Idaho. While there, she developed a passion for injury rehabilitation and physical therapy. In order to pursue this passion of improving the health and wellbeing of others, Alexis decided to attend George Fox University where she received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2023. Prior to graduating, she went on a two-week medical service trip to Uganda, Africa where she provided pediatric and orthopedic physical therapy services to boarding schools, remote villages, and various medical facilities.
Alexis strives to use a multifactorial holistic bio-psycho-social treatment approach that involves combining manual therapy with active treatment to get individuals back to doing the things they love most. She values patient autonomy, education, and self-efficacy to provide individualized, one-on-one care. Alexis has certifications in the Otago Exercise program: falls prevention certified, she is also a PWR!Moves Certified Therapist (Parkinson Wellness Recovery), Alexis is an ImPACT trained PT for concussion care and she has taken trainings in the modern manual therapy approach for the upper and lower quarters, she is trained in blood flow restriction training and also has done training to provide care to those with pelvic floor conditions.
Alexis currently lives in Coeur D’ Alene, Idaho. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family as well as watching and playing all different types of sports. Golfing, skiing, paddleboarding, and hiking are some of her favorites.

Kerby Andersen,PT,DPT
Sandpoint Clinic
Kerby is a 2020 honors graduate from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions where he earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Prior to his graduate studies Kerby received his Bachelors of Science degree in Health and Wellness, Exercise Sciences with a business administration minor from Eastern Oregon University in 2015. Throughout his undergraduate studies at Eastern Oregon Kerby was a NAIA track and field athlete as a short sprint specialist and pole vaulter.
Since earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy Kerby continues to pursue additional education with a driven desire for lifelong learning. Kerby has received additional certification as a trained Dry Needling provider in 2021 and has prior certifications as a certified personal trainer and Idaho highschool track and field coach. He enjoys working with orthopedic conditions, injury prevention, strength and conditioning, and balance related deficits.
With a large and varied background of personal interests, work, and athletic experience outside the field of physical therapy, Kerby believes each patient has unique and individualized needs that require personalized plans of care. Kerby utilizes functional movements and treatments with the belief that form follows function.

Vashti Graphenteen, PT, DPT
Sandpoint Clinic
Vashti graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of South Dakota in 2013. Since then Vashti has received additional training for female pelvic rehabilitation through Herman & Wallace, Institute For Birth Healing, PCES. She has taken myofascial release and craniosacral training and is a Hesch Sacroiliac Practitioner (HSP) for sacroiliac joint dysfunctions. Her focus is on evaluation and treatment of pelvic pain, bowel and bladder issues, pregnancy care and postpartum recovery.
When she isn't in the clinic Vashti enjoys spending time experiencing the beauty of North Idaho with her husband and three wonderful children.

John Clark, PT, DPT
Sandpoint Clinic
John grew up in Kentucky where he attended Western Kentucky University before moving to southern Texas where he earned a Masters of Range and Wildlife Management from Texas A&M University—Kingsville. He spent time working for both Texas Parks and Wildlife Department and on collaborative research projects with the Idaho, Washington, and Oregon Fish and Game departments. After deciding to change careers, he attended Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho where he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. John’s continued training includes dry needling certification, balance and falls prevention, and manual techniques training.
John is excited to be a part of Cornerstone Physical Therapy where he can pursue his passion of helping improve patients’ movement capacities and performance to increase quality of life and achieve individual active lifestyle goals. John enjoys working with a variety of patients including those with orthopedic, spinal, and neuromuscular conditions.
In his free time, John participates in a wide variety of recreational activities. He is an active outdoorsman and can often be found camping, fishing, hunting, running, or hiking with his wife, son, and dogs.

Jessica Robinson, PTA

Jessica finished her Physical Therapist Assistant education at Whatcom community college in Bellingham Washington in 2012, following an undergraduate degree in Photography. Years of instructing yoga and alpine skiing cultivated experience and interest in movement analysis and rehabilitation.
She feels fortunate to have found a career in physical therapy; blending her passions for optimal movement, stability and performance. Areas of CEU study/accreditation include:
vestibular/concussion rehab, pelvic rehab, kinesiotaping, chronic pain, LSVT BIG, Blood flow restriction and more! She strives for collaboration to achieve the best patient centered outcome possible.
Jessica recently landed in Sandpoint, after visiting for many years, and is excited to contribute to healing and rehab in the community. She enjoys mountain biking, skiing,
water sports and yoga. Adventuring in the mountains is her fuel.

Lindsey Johnson, PTA
Athol Clinic
Lindsey grew up in Coeur d’Alene and loves all that is North Idaho; hiking, camping, kayaking, huckleberry picking. She went back to school in her 30s to make a positive change in her work/life balance and wellbeing, graduating from North Idaho College in 2019, and hasn’t looked back. She loves physical therapy, interacting with others and helping make positive impacts in their life and wellbeing. Lindsey got married to her high school sweetheart, and has one son, who recently graduated from Post Falls High School at the top of his class, and two dogs - a German Shepard and a Boxer. When not in the
office you can find them in the woods, on the lake or taking long drives.
Lindsey is a wealth of knowledge all around and has done extensive trainings for treating those with balance/vestibular disorders, orthopedic conditions including upper and lower quarter modern manual therapy training and has a very impressive background and skillset treating those with pelvic floor disorders and lymphedema care.

Aimee Blalack, PTA

Aimee is a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant, with a deep commitment to help
others heal, grow stronger, and regain independence. She received her BS in Health
Care Administration from Hodges university in 2012 and completed her AS in Physical
Therapy Assistant education from Broward College in Fort Lauderdale Florida in 2007.
Aimee blends her clinical expertise and leadership to ensure high-quality patient care
and team success.
Aimee has a long career, spanning over 15 years, working as a Home Health PTA,
rehab coordinator, and as a traveling PTA in various clinical settings such as inpatient
and acute care, transitional care units, outpatient clinics, and aquatics. Her continuing
education include fall prevention, stroke recovery, pain management, post operative
orthopedic recovery, manual therapy, and functional strength training. Aimee is also an
ACE certified personal trainer and fitness instructor. She takes initiative, maintains an
intense work ethic, and strives to continue her education.
Away from work, Aimee enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and fur-
babies. She is passionate about rescuing dogs and has volunteered her time with
animal rescue groups. Aimee also loves adventuring the outdoors, enjoys traveling, fly
fishing, biking, snowboarding, and spending time in Florida on the beach.

Susan Colman, Office Administrator

Susan Colman has been a bicoastal gal her entire life from Northern California to NYC but now resides in the beautiful Selle Valley of Sandpoint. She started out with a B.A. in Music and then extended her education through the New School’s Creative Arts Therapy program in NYC.
Rooted from a creative background, Susan began exploring the benefits of alternative healing through meditation, yoga, prayer and energy work. She enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (NYC) and graduated as a Certified Holistic Health Counselor in 2004.
For over a decade she has guided her clients and friends towards a healthier lifestyle through the implementation of eating “whole foods” and exercise. Also, being a Reiki Master since 2006, she is a strong believer in combining Eastern and Western medicine as a well-rounded approach to health and wellness. She has been helping run Physical Therapy and Chiropractic practices since 1997 and is excited to join Cornerstone Physical Therapy once again.

Heidi Van Allen, Reception/Patient Coordinator

Heidi is an Idaho native who brings warmth, compassion, and a genuine passion for helping others to our team. Raised in Payette and now living in Sandpoint, she spent many years building a successful career in sales. It was during that time she discovered how much she loved connecting with and supporting people—ultimately inspiring her to pursue a new path in the medical field.
Now studying to become a surgical technologist, Heidi is excited to combine her interpersonal strengths with her growing clinical knowledge. Her goal is to make a meaningful impact in healthcare by helping patients feel informed, cared for, and empowered on their journey to wellness.
Outside the office, she leads an active lifestyle—spending time golfing with her husband, playing softball, hiking with friends and her dog, and traveling whenever she can.
